In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity, bet88 may freeze account balances pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that funds represent proceeds of fraud or criminal activity, those funds will not be returned and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Any remaining balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method following successful identity verification.
